Safeguarding our environment
We have taken steps to raise awareness among all our partners, both internal and external, and to manage our energy consumption, waste and travel.

Carbon footprint
In order to manage and reduce our GHG emissions, we have carried out our 1st carbon footprint in 2023 by measuring scopes 1 and 2. We have implemented actions to significantly reduce our energy costs. We have, of course, set targets for the next 2 years.
Energy savings
Since 2021, all our energy consumption is known and formalized in a table. We have created performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and optimize results.
Our efforts have paid off, as we’ve managed to reduce the entire energy bill!


Waste management
Aware of the need to preserve our natural resources, we have been recycling non-hazardous industrial waste, cardboard, wooden pallets, plastics, metal and also electronic waste (D3E) for several years now.
In 2023, the volume of waste will remain more or less the same, but we are particularly proud to have recovered more than 60% of our non-hazardous waste compared with 2022.
Company travel plan
Since 2019, IdeAform has implemented a mobility plan to encourage its employees to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and atmospheric pollutants:
. Acquisition of electric/hybrid cars for company cars
. Electric charging stations in the company parking lot for employees and visitors
. An electric carpool for the transportation of several employees
. Eco-driving courses for employees…
In 3 years, we have succeeded in eliminating the use of diesel-powered private vehicles.

Ethics have always been part of IdeAform’s values, so we’ve created our own code of ethical conduct,
our anti-corruption procedure and the implementation of measures enabling us to comply with it
with the RGPD.

The General Data Protection Regulation deals with the collection of personal data from all players in the life of the company.
We have appointed 2 Data Protection Officers and implemented:

. Signing of a confidentiality undertaking by our employees
. Drafting of a document on the Vigilance Alert system.

For sustainable, profitable and responsible relationships, it is essential to reinforce our ethical approach with our suppliers
